Jason Sewald

Born and raised on the Peninsula in the Bay Area, Jason has insight into the area and the changes that have come to bring us to where our area is today.  Upon obtaining his real estate license in early 2006, Jason joined his mother and business partner Maya Sewald in selling and buying residential real estate for clients.  

Prior to entering the real estate business, Jason worked selling technology solution products and services for national companies serving small and medium businesses in the Bay Area.  Focusing on customer experience and satisfaction, he was able to achieve above his sales quota based on solid business fundamentals of making sure the customer’s needs were met.  Jason prides himself of being dedicated to all his clients, building long lasting relationships and making sure their purchase or sale of a home is an enjoyable experience.  

Being brought up during the computer era, Jason has a great understanding of products we use to better analyze data, understand local areas and give insider insight to clients on local demand, opportunities both on the market and off market.  Being able to partner with Maya also enables him to bring a second pair of eyes to discuss each client’s unique situation.

In 2014, Jason and his partner Maya accepted an invitation to join Pacific Union in their new Menlo Park office.  Jason is a second generation Menlo Park resident and resides in Menlo Park with his wife, daughter and son.  In his spare time, he enjoys playing with his kids and enjoying the great outdoors that surrounds this great community.
